All (Data) Things Considered: The Lean Coffee Workshop
Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting; it can be a powerful tool in building a culture of learning within an organization, yet is very simple to set up and run.  We’ll spend some time talking about building collaborative teams, and how tools like Lean Coffee can help facilitate the growth of technology teams.  You’ll get some hands-on involvement in an actual discussion, and learn more about topics YOU want to learn about.  The goal is to involve YOU in the conversation; bring your questions, your answers, and your desire to learn. YOU set the agenda, YOU decide when to move on, and YOU engage and learn.

Stuart R. Ainsworth is the Senior Manager of Service Reliability Engineering for Gladiator Technology, a Profitstars Solution.  His 20+ year career in IT has primarily been in the areas of database development and administration, but now he focuses on building reliable service offerings comprised of complex integrations across multiple products.  He’s a part-time consultant, an experienced speaker, and one of the chapter leaders for one of the largest Microsoft Data Platform user groups in the US: AtlantaMDF.  He’s a husband, a father of three kids, and a grandfather of twin boys.
