We have meetings on the first Tuesday of most months.  Our group meets at the Greeville Campus of ECPI. Our normal room is room #236 but check the visual displays when you arrive to confirm.

In an ongoing attempt to make the content presented useful to our members we start each meeting with a short Q&A session.  Unless noted in the meeting notes the schedule for each meeting will be:

Operationalizing R in SQL Server
The data sciences team usually works with a small sample set of data to produce the models and visualization in R, Python, etc.

Once the Models and Visualization have matured, we may to asked to operationalize the code from inside SQL Server. This helps in faster and reliable execution of the R Code.

This presentation is NOT intended to learn R but will help developers and dba to take the existing R code into SQL.

1. Calling R code from SQL Server
2. Loading and Using R Functions from external File
3. Loading and Using R Packages 
4. Creating Models and Scoring the data inside SQL Server.
